Welcome to Air Iron.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of airiron.ch and any purchase made through the website.

Air Iron is operated by VL Trade Sagl, a company incorporated under Swiss law (“Air Iron”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to purchases made through airiron.ch by private consumers and business customers.

Where mandatory consumer protection legislation applies and cannot legally be excluded, such legislation takes precedence over any conflicting provision of these Terms.

2. Products

Air Iron offers garment-care products, ironing products and related accessories.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions and other product information displayed on our website are accurate.

Product images are illustrative. Minor differences in colour, appearance, packaging or design may occur without affecting the essential functionality of the product.

We may modify product specifications, packaging or design where reasonably necessary, provided that the essential characteristics of the product are not materially reduced.

3. Prices and Taxes

Prices displayed on airiron.ch include applicable Swiss VAT unless otherwise stated.

The total amount payable will be displayed before the customer submits the order.

For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties, import VAT, customs clearance charges and other taxes or fees may be imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated as included during checkout, these additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We may change our prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.

4. Orders

Products displayed on our website constitute an invitation to place an order.

By submitting an order and completing the checkout process, the customer makes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An electronic confirmation may be sent after the order is submitted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• payment failure;

• suspected fraud or misuse;

• incorrect pricing or product information caused by an obvious error;

• product unavailability;

• inability to deliver to the requested destination; or

• incorrect or incomplete customer information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the relevant amount will be refunded.

5. Payment

Available payment methods may include:

• Credit and debit cards

• TWINT

• Apple Pay

• Klarna

Availability may depend on the customer's country, device, currency, order value or payment provider.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. When using these services, the customer may also be subject to the provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Switzerland and to selected international destinations made available during checkout.

Standard shipping within Switzerland is free, unless otherwise clearly stated before the order is submitted.

International shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery time is generally 2–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly agreed otherwise.

International deliveries may take longer because of customs clearance, carrier delays, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect a shipment or repeated delivery attempts may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

7. International Orders

Customers purchasing from outside Switzerland are responsible for ensuring that the products can lawfully be imported and used in their destination country.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges and similar costs are the customer's responsibility unless expressly included in the amount paid at checkout.

Mandatory consumer rights applicable to an international transaction remain unaffected.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, withdrawal rights and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits any mandatory rights that a consumer may have under applicable law.

9. Warranty and Defects

Products are covered by the statutory warranty rights applicable to the transaction.

For new products sold to consumers in Switzerland, claims relating to defects are generally subject to a two-year statutory period from delivery.

The warranty applies to qualifying defects in the product and does not cover damage caused by circumstances such as:

• misuse or improper operation;

• failure to follow instructions or safety requirements;

• accidents or external damage;

• incorrect storage;

• unauthorised repairs or modifications;

• incorrect electrical connection or power supply;

• liquid or water damage where such exposure is not intended;

• normal wear and tear; or

• damage otherwise caused by the customer or a third party.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Product Use and Safety

Air Iron products must be used according to their intended purpose and the instructions and safety information provided with the product.

Customers are responsible for reading the instructions before operating the product.

Products must not be modified, dismantled or repaired by unauthorised persons.

To the extent permitted by law, Air Iron is not responsible for damage resulting from improper, negligent, unsafe or unintended use.

11. Business Customers

A customer purchasing primarily for commercial or professional purposes is considered a Business Customer.

Consumer-specific protections do not apply to Business Customers where the law permits them to be excluded.

Business Customers are expected to inspect delivered products promptly and report apparent defects within a reasonable period.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VL Trade Sagl shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of the website or products, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of opportunity or loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

13. Website Availability

We aim to maintain accurate and continuously available website services but cannot guarantee that airiron.ch will always operate without interruption or errors.

We may modify, suspend or restrict parts of the website for maintenance, technical, security or operational reasons.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content available on airiron.ch, including trademarks, branding, product names, photographs, videos, graphics, designs, text and other materials, is owned by or licensed to VL Trade Sagl.

Such materials may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, republished or commercially exploited without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

15. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, delivery providers and technology platforms.

Their services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

Air Iron is not responsible for independent third-party services outside our reasonable control.

16. Privacy

Personal data collected through airiron.ch is processed according to our separate Privacy Policy.

By using the website, customers acknowledge that certain personal data must be processed to operate the website, process payments, fulfil orders, provide customer support and comply with legal obligations.

17. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including natural disasters, war, governmental restrictions, strikes, major transportation disruption, customs delays, supply-chain interruption, telecommunications failure or major technical incidents.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms where necessary for legal, commercial, operational or technical reasons.

The Terms applicable to an order are generally those in effect when the order was submitted.

The latest version will be published on airiron.ch.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms and contractual relationships with Air Iron are governed by Swiss law, subject to mandatory consumer protection and jurisdiction rules that may apply.

For Business Customers, the competent courts at the registered seat of VL Trade Sagl shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law.

Mandatory jurisdiction rights available to Consumers remain unaffected.
